The Coming of God's Kingdom in our land - Tripura.
Prompted by the Spirit of God and following the command of Jesus Christ the Diocese dedicates itself to deepen God - awareness among all the people. It works for the promotion of peace and communal harmony among all. Towards this end it will strive to preserve the heritage and culture of the various ethnic groups. The Diocese works at forming faith communities and foster lay leadership. It will strive to build a just society through activities, which are aimed at educating and empowering particularly the marginalized, the exploited, women children and the youth. The Diocese fosters ecumenism and inter-religious dialogue. It will involve itself with the life-struggles of the people and empower them through formal and non-formal education, health care, environmental awareness, and other integrated human developmental activities.
